We are trying to keep all items on stock so packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via insured Czech AirMail Post (out of EU) or DHL courier (EU countries) - both methods with tracking number.
Delivery time very depends on your delivery destination. Usually, it takes about 4-12 days (Czech post AirMail) or 2-5 days (DHL).
The fee 8.50 EUR will be applied on each shipment with non-EU delivery adress (it's not for us it's for Custom office - custom declaration).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
Once you add all items into shopping cart and fill in the delivery location, you'll see complete price incl. shipping or custom office fee, eventually.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please, always check the shipment visual condition when you take it from courier/mailman. It should not be bent, opened or damaged in any way. Otherwise reclaim the shipment immediately!
